We would like to inform you that a defect has been found in the connection part of some units of the "NO Hey BLACK/DARK GRAY" product, which was released on December 27, 2025, as a collaboration between our company and NO COFFEE.
There is a small gap of a few millimeters inside the metal fitting (D-ring), and depending on the weight, the strap may come off. We are currently producing a reinforced version of the main body.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this product defect.
To ensure the highest quality, we have decided to remake the main body.
As soon as preparations are complete, we will send replacement main bodies to all customers who purchased the product.
The replacement units are currently in production, and shipping is expected to take place in a few months.
We will inform you again once the exact shipping date is confirmed, so we appreciate your patience.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the main body until the replacement arrives.
Please note that other accessories such as straps and key holders can still be used as usual, but please take care not to lose them until the replacement main body arrives.
When we ship the replacement, we will include a return envelope and a prepaid shipping label, so we kindly ask you to return only the defective main body.
