* Please be sure to open the package within one week of receiving the product.
* Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for initial defects. If there is an initial defect, we will respond only for unused items, but please contact us within one week of receiving the product for stock confirmation.
Items that are over a week old or whose purchase date is unknown cannot be handled as initial defects and cannot be exchanged.
* Please be sure to check and register the correct address, including street number and apartment number, when placing your order.
If a package is returned to us after exceeding the carrier's storage period due to address errors or long-term absence, the order will be canceled without notice from our company. We cannot accept re-delivery after cancellation.
