*Please be sure to open the product within one week after arrival.
In the unlikely event that there is an initial defect in the product, we will respond only for unused items; however, for items that have been more than one week since purchase, it is difficult to determine initial defects, and we cannot accommodate exchanges.
*Returns and exchanges other than for initial defects are not possible.
Regarding cases where the recipient is unknown or has been absent for a long time and could not receive the package.
Packages that have exceeded the storage period at the delivery company due to incomplete address or long-term absence will be returned to our store and will be canceled without any notification from us.In this case of return, the return shipping fee will be charged per item at the normal fare (cash on delivery).
Additionally, shipping costs for returns as well as payment processing fees and transaction fees will be incurred.
Re-delivery after cancellation is not accepted.
