About Shipping Period

 Regarding cases where the recipient is unknown or unable to receive the package due to long-term absence.

The storage period for packages at the shipping company is about 1 week to 10 days.
Packages that have exceeded the storage period will be declined for receipt and returned to our company.

In this case of return, the return shipping fee will be charged per item at the normal fare (cash on delivery).
The return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

Also, if you wish to resend, a separate shipping fee will be incurred in addition to the return shipping fee mentioned above.

Returns and Exchanges
